OSHA Outreach rules cap training at 7.5 hours per calendar day for every course. OSHA 10 (10 hours) therefore needs at least 2 days. OSHA 30 (30 hours) is 30 ÷ 7.5 = 4 days minimum — it cannot be finished in 1–3 days. The temporary certificate is issued the day you pass. The DOL plastic card typically arrives 5 weeks after that pass date.

This Spanish-language OSHA 10-Hour Construction Outreach course presents the 29 CFR 1926 awareness curriculum entirely in Spanish, including narration, on-screen text, and knowledge checks. Statutory citations remain the federal English CFR numbering (Subpart M fall protection, Subpart K electrical, excavation duties in Subpart P) so the worker can map jobsite English signage and competent-person instructions to the same section numbers. Ten contact hours apply, with the 7.5-hour daily Outreach limit. The Department of Labor OSHA Outreach completion card issued after processing is the standard plastic wallet card used nationwide; training language does not create a separate “Spanish DOL card” class. This non-proctored edition is for employers who accept Spanish online Outreach without webcam identity verification. Where NYC SST or Nevada 15-day rules require proctoring, use the Spanish actively proctored construction course instead.
